Whenever I have a chance to become a leader, I always apply these qualities:

1. Always recognize every contribution of followers no matter how small or big the contribution is.

2. Never ever blame your followers whenever they failed to do their duties and responsibilities. As a leader, you have to admit that the failures of your follower is your failure as a leader.

3. Always say thank you to your followers if they did something good to you or to the team.
